Based on the authentic La Poupée Modéle patterns, Barbara DeVilbiss reduced each garment to fit the Seeley FF body, Alice Leverett's Ultimate Fashion™body as well as an antique 12" leather bodied FF doll. You will be especially impressed with this boned CORSET which looks like it was made from the original La Poupée Modéle September 1871 pattern. It is sure to keep your lady doll looking shapely. The corset is stitched in blue forming the boning casings with hand embroidered detail near the top. This delicate piece is bound in matching blue or maroon silk ribbon trim around the top and bottom. Delicate eyelets enable the lacings to criss-cross and lace up the back looking absolutely exquisite. And, please note that the lacing strings have ample length to fit over even the largest derréire.
